An electronic vote will be conducted in the two weeks following the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the matter for the HOA ballot including budget item submissions, candidates for the three directors seats, improvement projects such as street repairs (and the bids and release of capital funds), and any other business arising of the owners.
