Twenty-seven (27) homeowners and two dogs got together for the spring pancake breakfast on Saturday, May 3rd, which was co-sponsored by the City of Irving.The City of Irving provided a speaker who answered questions about the Irving trash recycling program and all participants were given free recycling bags.
Special thanks to Ana Lankford (1920 Wilshire) who worked tirelessly to secure a grant from the City for two events in 2014 and the many hors she sent going door to door promoting the event and in being the organizer.
Thanks also to the City of Irving for covering approximatively 40% of the expenses making tax free purchases on behalf of he Association and Vivian Scott who was the board representative coordinating the effort.
