On November 4th the Association sold 11 feet of the exit alley drive to State of Texas for the Highway 183 expansion for $27,232. The land was valued at $2,232, but the Association successfully petitioned the state for $25,000 for renovation and repairs to the exit alley to comply with the City of Irving design and traffic codes.Bids are being solicited for a 2014 build out.
