We have had a second incident in six months of a dog biting another dog and causing significant injuries today. The smaller dog had 9 bite injuries. The larger dog came close to being put down by the police who could not figure out how to get the larger dog into the animal control cage.
At this time one dog is recovering from its wounds (a full recovery is expected) and Irving Animal control is interfacing with the owner of the larger dog.
