The Association fences have now all be painted or stained BlackFox.
The new architectural standards require that all new fences be stained BlackFox, a color to match the home trim. The Association recommends Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid (Ultra Deep A15T54) tinted to BlackFox. One gallon covers 350 square feet. (approximately $36 per gallon).
