2012 Voting Results are in

Ballots have been counted.  This concludes four weeks of discussions about amendments and services.  We thank everyone for their participation in the meetings and the balloting81% of the eligible owners participated in this budget election process.  One item was determined by a 2 vote margin - a reminder that your vote counts.
 
Dues for 2012 will be $77.44 a month, a 6% increase over 2011. 

Owners elected to re-roof the community garage - which will be mostly be  paid for with insurance proceeds collected after the Spring 2011 hail storm.

Owners also elected seal and paint the exit alley wall, replace the broken and aging traffic spikes at the end of the exit alley and repaint the fire lane strip on the property.

The community to start a new program in which the community services the lamp posts in the community.  This service is limited to replacement of light bulbs and repair of broken electric eyes.

The community opted to cut back on the professional management services which will reduce overhead expenses. In the last 5 years, $47,000 was spent on management services.  It is projected that in the next 5 years, $17,000 will be spent on management services.

Additionally, amendments to the covenants and restrictions document were approved to protect the homeowners and preserve the quality of he community.
