Assessments: The assessments are to be $219 a quarter and $816 per year. The due date for the first quarter has been extended to February 25th. 
Board of Directors: There was a tie for fifth place and the 4 elected members have decided to have six people on the board this year. The board will be Robert Bauer, Steve Hillier, Brenda Madison, Randy Ranew, Laurie Waldrum, and John Ward.
Capital Reserve Engineering Study: The community agreed to accept the engineering study prepared by the Board of Directors is 2010 as the current plan for the maintenance of the community infrastructure.
Garage Door Standard: The agreed garage door style is a flush door with no panels or designs.
Fence Standard: The agreed fence style will be 6 inch wide pickets, stained black with a trim board on top. For fences in the back, the agreed fence height is eight feet tall for any new fence put up.
