10% of Exterior Lamp Posts were Renovated

Nine homeowners --100, 102, 118, 1905 Wilshire and 111, 113, 1510, 1616 Brentwood -- have renovated their  damaged or broken exterior lamp posts this week. A group purchase organized by the Association provided renovation options ranging from $70 to $175.

The replacement poles were 84" tall, 3" diameter aluminum, direct burial posts and light fixtures were Craftmade part number Z695-05 - all in matt black finish to comply with the  community  design standards.

There is more work to do in the coming years and owners are encouraged to make pole repairs.  Currently 3 poles have no power and all three have been down for more  than 1 year,  9 poles are broken or leaning and 12 poles are more than a foot below standard height.
