50% of Homes Painted in New Colors

Twelve more homes were painted this year bringing us to the halfway mark on the color scheme change (1501, 1504, 1508-1526).  1504 Brentwood was not painted as the homeowner was not current on dues.

This year started the oil base primer (see white paint in background) that will reduce the leaching out of wax from the fiberboard which has been makes the paint look faded and streaked in the last 7 years.

This was Elite Painting's first engagement with the Association.
