The summer turf has been scalped and a winter lawn seeded in. The sprinklers will water very briefly, 3x a day for the next 12 days as the seed germinates.The "winter lawn" will be in place for 8-9 months (September - April/May).
The landscapers commented on how much more difficult the scalping was this year as the turf has improved and become thicker.
The entry flowers beds were also cleaned today. The beds will be replanted during planting weekend in mid-October.
